Request Form

Hello! We’re so excited to have you here and just want to say Thank YOU for trusting us with your little(s)! We know just how much hassle it can be to travel with all the necessities of your babie(s) and that’s why we’re here. Travel light and let us take care of (mostly) the rest. 

How it works: Please take the time to fill out the Request Form to the best of your knowledge. Don’t see something you need? Simply ask- we most likely carry it. When submitting your request specific brand names do not need to be included. However, if you are interested in a specific brand/item, please do not hesitate to ask.

Once the request form is completed, our team will get back to you with either further questioning or an approval e-mail.  An invoice, via square, will be sent along with a Terms & Conditions form. The Square Invoice must be paid and the Terms + Conditions must be signed prior to delivery.

Drop Off + Pick Up Fee: There is a one time fee of $20.00 for up to 20 miles of our office (4351 34th St. S St. Petersburg, Fl. 33711). Additional miles will be charged $1.00 a mile. There is free delivery and pick up for all orders of $150.00+.
